Fill out the form linked on our BOOK NOW page and we'll get to know each other, talk through your pet's routine, and answer any questions during our free, no-obligation 30-min meet and greet at your home.

Once we're both confident it's a great fit, we'll invite you to your secure client portal where you'll add pet information, veterinary information, and home details. You'll also view and sign our terms of agreement.

From there, booking future visits is easy through the free Salty Snout client app. You'll receive photos and visit reports every step of the way and can communicate with us through your personal portal.

All services include, as needed:

Drop-In Visits

We'll pop into your home for 30 minutes at a time to make sure your pets keep to their routine. Many of our clients who work outside the home like to book 1-2 drop-ins per day to keep their pets hydrated and exercised. Clients who have longer travel plans often book 3-4 drop-ins per day for each day they'll be gone, or will opt for live-in care (further down).

Drop-ins are available during four 4-hr time blocks each day:

Morning (7:00 AM to 11:00 AM)
Mid-Day (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
Late Afternoon (3:00 PM to 7:00 PM)
Evening (7:00 PM to 10:00 PM)

Please note that, to ensure all our pets are cared for during their time windows, specific times cannot be guaranteed.

Drop-Ins are currently available for Key Largo only.

Half-Day Care

Half-day care is great for pets who need a little more attention, or simply for those pet parents who will be out for the day and want someone to keep their pets company. During half-day visits, we'll stay in your home for the entire 4-hr block and make sure your pet has plenty of exercise, enrichment, and anything else they need to stay comfortable and stick to their routine.

We'll work with you to customize how to spend those 4 hours according to your pet's needs.

Live-In Care

Live-In Care offers our most comprehensive level of companionship. We'll live in your home as if it were our own and provide your pets with one-on-one attention, ensuring they aren't left alone for more than 4 hours. Live-in care is booked as 24-hr periods and is great for multi-day trips during which you want your pets' routines to be uninterrupted.

During Live-In visits, we'll keep your pets happy and your house spotless. You can expect 3-4 walks a day for pups who need it, lots of playtime, and overnight companionship (yes, they can sleep in the same bed as us!), plus a well-cared-for house and property.

Extra Home Care

Our standard services include collecting your mail, watering a few plants, and taking your bins to the curb if you're out of town. But if you need extra help - like grocery prep or meeting service providers - we can add that on for even more peace of mind.
